Practice the ancient Chinese healing art of Qigong! “Qi” means “life energy” and “gong” means “skill gained through practice”. The simple, accessible movements of qigong work with movement, breath, and mental focus to help us feel, develop, direct and balance the flow of life energy in our bodies. Join David for this weekly drop-in class to experience this moving meditation in a group setting. All are welcome.
David Seybert learned Tai Chi and Qigong from direct disciples of several notable Chinese masters and is also a certified Ananda Yoga (RYT200) and Ananda Meditation teacher.
