New Years Heart Meditation

and Sound Healing Ceremony with Viola Rose

Relax, rejuvenate, and clear the way for a bright and aligned new year.  Join sound-healer Viola Rose of the Portland Sound Sanctuary for a gentle yet powerful heart and sound healing ceremony. We will start with a very sweet guided meditation journey into your own sacred heart, the place of stillness, oneness and your own inner light and knowing connecting you to your truest self, your own “still small voice within”. Then we will release and renew together through the sounds of healing instruments such as gongs, handpans, vocals, singing bowls, didgeridoo, native flute, chimes and more.  Finally, we will come to rest in deep stillness and bask in the most healing sound of all, silence. We will also include some toning (group voice vibration) anointing with essential oils and intention setting in our ceremony. Start the new year inspired, uplifted and at peace with a restored connection to your True Self! Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring your personal mat, blanket, pillow, etc.).  

 

Viola Rose is a transformational sound artist combining music and healing as sound healing in her own inspired way for over 25 years, and offering sound baths in the Portland area for 3 years. She is a multi-instrumentalist and inspired vocalist, sound-healer, certified gong practitioner, energy worker, certified holistic health coach, and Awakening The Illuminated Heart workshop facilitator.
