Uncovering The Sacred: Healing The Masculine For All Genders

We are at a dramatic moment in our collective experience of sex and gender. The line between man and woman are blurring rapidly. As we walk that line, discord and harm remain prevalent, if not increasing. How do we support our loved ones and ourselves? How do we take off or disrupt the dangerous mask of masculinity our society cultivates? And finally how do we create room for a healthy, more authentic masculinity to flourish?  In this interactive workshop we will examine the experience of men and masculine people. We will explore the particular challenges of being raised and living as male in this culture, and what we can do to hold each other and ourselves up through some of these challenges.  We will also practice somatic skills designed to support masculine healing and gender balancing.  Giles offers this workshop not as a replacement, but in solidarity and collaboration with all those who are doing great important work for/with women and feminine people.   This workshop is open to people of all genders.  Using somatic and spirit based practices, Giles Charlé MA supports individuals and groups in trauma awareness and resilience, working with conflict as a guide to life path and purpose, and developing practices and rituals that transform our lives and our world.  GilesCharle.com
