Summer Solstice Intention Sound Bath with Mikaela Jones

Come set your Intentions for who you’d like to be and what you’d like to experience this summer, and let the sound healing frequencies both clear and alight you with them. Mikaela will first guide you in setting your Intention, and then using breath work & Toning (aka Voice Vibration), and sound healing frequencies, you will release stress, clear your channel & raise your vibration. You will then be lulled into deeply healing Theta brainwave states with Mikaela’s clearing sound healing bath. You’ll experience her crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, handheld gongs, Solfeggio tuning forks, rainsticks, tongue drum, chimes, and more. Her partner, Nate, and she will also walk around playing many of the instruments over your heads so while a group experience, it will also feel somewhat like a private session. You’ll leave feeling lighter, nourished and inspired with a restored connection to your True Self. 

 

Please bring whatever you need to be comfortable (extra mat, blanket, padding, pillow, etc.). Chairs will also be available for those who wish to sit.  

 

Mikaela Jones is a trained sound healing practitioner in private practice offering public sound baths on the West Coast since 2007. She has studied with Master Sound Healers Jonathan Goldman, Suren Shrestha, and Wayne Perry. She is also an Intuitive and published author of The Book of Light and Little Book of Light and has taught meditation and manifestation techniques for over twenty-five years.
