Linda will explain the archetypal forces of the Medicine Wheel to create an empowering context for where you are in your life’s journey. Once you begin to understand where you are on the Wheel, you can begin to make better choices and avoid unnecessary drama or karma as you move through life.  Instead, you can begin to create a vision for your life that has you acting from your life purpose and dharma.  Linda will incorporate shamanic traditions to guide you to heal your past issues as well as address your current life challenges. She brings in your angels, ancestors and guides to support you in this healing journey, recover your authentic self, and learn from those who have walked the Medicine Wheel before you. 

 

Linda M. Held is a coach and spiritual teacher, living at the foot of the magical Mt. Shasta, California. She has led workshops, vision quests, wilderness adventures, women’s groups, and sweat lodges since 1988.
