Mantra Meditation for Beginners!

Are you ready to bring meditation into your life?  Join Claire and learn a simple yet powerful mantra meditation technique that you can practice everyday.  This ancient practice originates from the yogic teachings of India and utilizes mantra (sacred sound), breath, and concentration to help you access a deep state of peace, bliss, freedom, and expansion. Together we will explore the mechanics of how meditation works, how to practice, and the benefits of regular practice.    This class is perfect for beginning meditators as well as more experienced meditators who are looking to learn a new technique.  Even a little practice of meditation, can transform your daily life in a profound and positive way!  


Claire Potter has been meditating, practicing yoga, and singing kirtan (Sanskrit chanting) for over 15 years.  In 2016, she traveled to India to go deeper into the sacred teachings of yoga.  She loves sharing this knowledge with others.
