As the demands of life increase, it is imperative that we create time to deeply nurture ourselves. Join Luz Helena Florez for an evening yoga class that will leave you feeling at peace, centered, clear, and recharged. Luz Helena will begin her class with singing ancient mantras, known as Kirtan, to help us get fully connected to our hearts and move our bodies from this alignment using beginner level postures (asana). She will also blend specific breath techniques, meditation and guided deep relaxation (yoga nidra) to effortlessly ease you into a place of stillness, peace and connection with your highest self. Her classes are based on acceptance and empowerment. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class will offer you a deep and blissful experience of yoga!
Luz Helena Florez lived in Nepal and India for two years, immersing herself fully in the culture, traditions and teachings of all things Yoga under the guidance of a Nepalese Yoga Master. She is an intuitive facilitator and has a natural gift for creating a safe nest in which people can open their hearts and voices. Luz Helena teaches Yoga, Kirtan, and Intuition Development through classes, retreats and long-term programs to help people awaken their highest potential.
