Loving Who You Are:  A Self-Care Workshop to Transform Your Fears and Open Your Heart to Self-Love

Dena Carter, Sun. Dec. 2, 11:30-1pm, $20

Take the time and space you need to relax and open your heart to more self-care and self-love. In fear, disappointment, and anger, we tend to close the heart. Opening it cleanses anger and allows you to

love yourself and others more. When you do this, a more authentic version of you has room to emerge. This means less anxiety and fear and more happiness, calm, and confidence in your life. But allowing the heart to open is not a one-time thing. Like many things, it takes practice, remembrance, and inspiration. Together, we will be guided in gentle movement, meditation, writing/reflection, and relaxation practices to explore ways of connecting within. When you open to love, life can expand beyond your imagination! Live a life of liberation so you can love who you are and what you came here to do. We will be seated on the floor for most of the workshop. Yoga mats will be provided, but please bring any extra mats, cushions, or blankets you need to be comfortable.
