Lightning Dreamwork Process

Reconnect with the inner guidance system given to all, by bringing the power of sleep time dreams into waking life. In this class, we will learn and practice the easy, empowering, and respectful “Lightning Dreamwork Process”. This is a simple process that can be shared with your friends and family to bring the magical insight we naturally possess more fully into waking life.  

 

Sarah Michelle Cousins, founder of I Am Always Dreaming, has always been an avid dreamer. Not only does she remember several dreams from early childhood, but she actively uses her dreams to find solutions to her work and life challenges. After working with Robert Moss, she discovered that her mission is to see empowering dreamwork and the joy of oral storytelling become a common occurrence in everyday waking culture. She envisions a world in which sharing the dreams received during sleep are freely and naturally shared for the betterment and empowerment of all who share in the dreaming experience.
