Qigong: Movement, Energy, & Meditation

Explore the ancient Chinese healing art of Qigong. “Qi” means “life energy” and “gong” means “skill gained through practice”. The simple, accessible movements of qigong use movement, breath, and mental focus to help us feel, develop, direct and balance the flow of life energy in our bodies. In this practical, experiential workshop, we will also explore the structure of the energy body and qigong as a meditation and spiritual practice.
David Seybert learned tai chi and qigong from direct disciples of several notable Chinese masters and is also a certified Ananda Yoga (RYT200) and Ananda Meditation teacher.
