Understanding the Minor Arcana of the Tarot

The Tarot deck is a picture-book of life-wisdom. The Minor Arcana takes an in-depth look at the ways we can get blocked by fear and ignorance. The Minor Arcana also shows how to free ourselves and move into a life of love, security and abundance. In this class you will learn what each card of the Minor Arcana means and why it carries that meaning. You will be shown how each card ties together with every other card in the deck. You will leave with a comprehensive understanding of the Tarot. Our textbook will be the Universal-Waite tarot deck. If you have the Universal-Waite or Rider-Waite deck, please bring it to class.  A true metaphysician, Michael Sheehan’s broad education and experience include shamanism, mysticism, eastern and western philosophy, world religions, astrology and over thirty years experience with Tarot. Michael has been a professional spiritual advisor for 30 years. He co-founded the Langley Mystery School with astrologer Gretchen Lawlor and has taught many Tarot classes and seminars in Oregon, Washington and online.
